- Step 2: Register and fill the online application form with personal, educational, and other details.
- Step 3: Upload scanned recent passport size colour photograph, signature (black ink), and required documents/certificates.
- Step 4: Pay the application fee online (if applicable)
- Step 5: Submit the application
- Step 6: Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
