NSPCL Recruitment Salary
All posts are in E1 Grade with pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (IDA Pattern).
Compensation: Selected candidates will be placed in the initial basic pay of the respective pay scale. Other benefits such as Dearness Allowance, perquisites, allowances, terminal benefits, etc., will be admissible as per company rules.
Service Agreement Bond: General category candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 5,00,000/- ( Rs. 2,50,000/- for SC, ST, PwBD categories) to serve NSPCL for at least 4 years after joining.
NSPCL Recruitment Age Limit and Relaxation
Maximum age: 32 years as on the last date of online application (22 September 2026). Age relaxation for SC/ST/ OBC/PwBD/XSM candidates applicable as per Government guidelines.
