In addition, employer’s contribution towards Provident Fund @12% shall be borne by the Company and a fixed Medical Allowance of ₹ 1250/- per month shall be paid by the Corporation. An additional amount of 12.5% of consolidated remuneration is admissible for contractual employees posted in the North East Region, and 5% for those posted in Bangalore. Higher consolidated remuneration may be offered by the Selection Committee based on relevant work experience.
