SSC Constable (GD) Overview
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released official notification for the recruitment of 25,487 Constable, Rifleman vacancies. Online applications start from 1st December 2025 and eligible candidates can apply Online through the official SSC website. The last date to submit the application form is 31st December 2025.

SSC Constable (GD) Vacancy Details
10% vacancies are earmarked for Ex-servicemen (ESM). If suitable ESM candidates are not available, vacancies reserved for ESM will be filled by non-ESM candidates of the respective categories. The details of vacancies are as follows:

SSC Constable (GD) Age Limit
The age of the candidate must be 18-23 years as on 01-01-2026 (i.e., candidates born not before 02-01-2003 and not later than 01-01-2008).
Permissible relaxations in upper age limit for different categories are as under:
