| Qualification | Head Constable (Laboratory Assistant):: 12th class pass with biology from a recognized Board + Certificate course of a duration of minimum one year in Laboratory Assistant course recognized institution. Experience: Minimum 1 year as Lab Assistant in Laboratory Diagnostics Centre or hospital or institution lab recognized by the Central Government or State Governments. Head Constable (Physiotherapy Assistant): 12th class pass from a recognized Board; + Certificate course of duration of minimum one year in Physiotherapy from a recognized Institute. Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Physiotherapy Assistant from Physiotherapy Centre or minimum 100 bedded hospital or institute recognized by the Central Government or State Governments. Constable (Nursing Assistant cum Medic): 10th class pass from a recognized Board;+ First aid certificate course from St. John's Ambulance Organization or Red Cross Society of India Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Nursing Assistant in a minimum 50 bedded hospital or institutution recognized by the Central Government or State Governments. |

SSB Medical Cadre Recruitment Age Limits and Relaxation
Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 27 Years as on last date of application (20/04/2026). Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, Ex-servicemen and other reserved categories as per Government rules.

- Step 2: Find and click on the link for “SSB Medical Cadre (Constable to Head Constable) Recruitment 2026” and read the notification PDF carefully to check eligibility, age limit and other conditions.
- Step 3: Click on the “Apply Online” / “New Registration” button and complete the registration using a valid mobile number and email ID.
- Step 4: Login with registration details and fill the form personal details, educational qualification details carefully.
- Step 5: Enter post wise educational qualification, diploma, experience details as applicable.
- Step 6: Upload Photo, Signature & Certificates
