HPSC Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) Overview
Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has officially released official notification for the recruitment of 1,672 Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) in the subject of Computer Science for Rest of Haryana
Cadre and Mewat Cadre vacancies. Online applications start from 16th February 2026 and eligible candidates can apply Online through the official HPSC website. The last date to submit the application form is 09rd March 2026.

- M.Sc. Computer Science (Regular two year course) / MCA (Regular thee year course) / BE/B.Tech. Computer Science / Computer Engg. / IT (Regular course) with 55%o aggregate marks ftom a recognized university;
- Matric with Hindi / Sanskit or 10+2/B.A.44.A. with Hindi as one of the subject.
- Certificate of having qualified Haryana teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) /School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET).
- Consistent good academic record.

HPSC Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) Age Limit
The candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 42 years of age, on or before the closing date i.e. 09,03.2026. However, relaxation in maximum age as per Govemment Instructions dated 25.03.2022, for various categories is available as under: –

HPSC Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) How to Apply
- Step 1: Candidates will have to compulsorily register online by visiting http:/,/hpsc.gov.in. for submitting their online application form. Detailed instructions for filling up online applications are available on the above mentioned website. No other means / mode of submission of application will be accepted'
- Step 2: Candidates can register online by using their Mobile Number & Aadhar Number. In case thc data in Aadhar Card is not updated the candidate should apply through Mobile Number.
- Step 3: After registration, a login ID would be created.
- Step 4: The oandidates can apply against the advertisement, as per their qualifications, by using their login ID
- Step 5: In case the candidates are applying using their Aadhar Number, their data would be verified from the relevant site. Hence the candidates should ensure that the data of their Aadhar Card is uPdated.
- Step 6: Aadhar Number/Virtual ID (VID) is required for Aadhar authentication during Biometric attendance.
- Step 7: After filling up the application form, the candidates would have to submit the same by making payment ofrequisite fee.
- Step 8: After making p&yment, the candidate must take a printout of his/her application form and upload the same online after duly checking & signing it.
- Step 9: In case a candidate rloes not upload a signed copy of downloaded application form online, his,trer application would be considered incomplete, and candidature of such candidate would be automatically rejected.
- Step 10: The candidate should carefully enter his/ler particulars and details in the online application form because after submission ofthe online application form, no change in any particular/detail would be allowed.
