| Qualification | Scientist Grade-II: MBBS or PG Medical degree in relevant field + 5 years experience OR Master's degree in relevant field + 7 years experience OR Ph.D + 3 years experience. Scientist Gr.III (Vet.): M.V.Sc degree Veterinary Medicine/ Veterinary Public Health/ Veterinary Microbiology/ Veterinary Pathology/ Veterinary Epidemiology + 2 years experience. Junior Scientist: Master Degree in relevant field + 1 year experience. Administrative Assistant: Graduate in Arts/Commerce/Science with 50% marks + 5 years experience. Jr. Hindi Translator: Master's degree in Hindi/English with relevant subject/medium + Diploma/Certificate in Translation or 2 years experience. Laboratory Technician: Bachelor's degree in biology (Zoology & Chemistry) or B.Sc. Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology + Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology OR Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology + 1 year experience. Assistant-II: 12th Class pass with 50% marks + Typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi on computer. |

NIB Scientist Recruitment Age Limit & Relaxation

1. No age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidate applying for the Unreserved posts as per Govt. of India order No.36011//1/98/Estt(Res.) dated 01.07.1988 as amended from time to time.
2. The age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/(Non-Creamy Layer)/PwD/Ex-Servicemen etc. shall be considered as per the DoPT OM No. DoPT-1667569393892 dated 06.09.2022 as amended time to time.
3. Age concession of 5 years are allowed to Departmental Candidates and Central Government employees for appointment by direct recruitment subject to the usual condition that the Group post to which direct recruitment is being made are in the same line or allied cadres and that a relationship could be established that service rendered in the post will be useful for efficient discharge of the duties in other categories of posts.
