| Qualification | Trainee Engineer (Civil): Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology / B.Sc. (Engineering) Degree in Civil Discipline from recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade or AMIE (enrollment up to 31.05.2013) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade. Trainee Engineer (Electrical): Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology/B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Electrical Discipline from recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade or AMIE (enrollment up to 31.05.2013) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade. Electrical Engineering Discipline includes Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Systems & High Voltage/ Power Engineering. Trainee Engineer (Mechanical): Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology/B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Mechanical Discipline from recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade or AMIE (enrollment up to 31.05.2013) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade. NHPC Trainee Engineer Age Limit and Relaxation
Upper age limit is 30 Years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules given below:

NHPC Trainee Engineer How to Apply

- Step 2: Read all instructions given on the website
- Step 3: Fill the online application form with relevant details and submit.
- Step 4: Upload scanned recent passport size colour photograph, signature, Copy of the GATE-2024/ GATE-2025 Score Card (as applicable) and required documents/certificates.
- Step 5: Pay the applicable application fee online (if applicable)
- Step 6: Submit the application
- Step 7: Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
