| Qualification | Assistant Manager: Fulltime Regular Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation) from a State Technical Board or AICTE/UGC recognized institute, with pass marks. Deputy General Manager: Fulltime Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics/Control & Instrumentation/Civil/Mechanical) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized Indian University/Institute. SC, ST & PwBD candidates with passing marks are eligible to apply. |
| Experience | Assistant Engineer: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification site experience in the Power Sector (including training period, if any), in a Govt. Organization/Public Sector Undertaking/Private Organization - of which at least 6 years must be in a 50 MW or more grid-connected Solar and/or Wind Project, in Operation and Maintenance/Asset Management. Deputy General Manager: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification executive-cadre experience in the Power Sector (including training period, if any) - of which at least 10 years must be with a Renewable Energy Developer of Solar and/or Wind Projects, including a minimum of 2 years of site experience in a 50 MW or more grid-connected project in Construction/Erection/Commissioning. |
NGEL DGM & AE Recruitment Age Limit and Relaxation
Upper Age limit is 44 years for Deputy General Manager and 40 Years for Assistant Manage. Age relaxation for SC/ST/ OBC/PwBD/XSM candidates applicable as per Government guidelines.
