MECL Non Executive Recruitment Salary
Selected candidates will be placed in IDA pay scales ranging from Rs. 19,600-47,900 (Grade W-3, Junior Driver) up to Rs. 22,900-55,900 (Grade W-7, Accountant), with most Non-Executive posts falling in Grade W-4 with a pay scale of Rs. 20,200-49,300. Besides Basic Pay, MECL offers IDA, HRA, Perks & Allowances (under a cafeteria approach), PF contribution, Group Performance Related Incentive, Group Medical Insurance Facilities, the MECL-Employee Defined Contributory Superannuation Scheme (NPS), Group Personal Accident Insurance, Group Term Insurance, vehicle loan facility, and House Building Advance, as per Company guidelines.

MECL Non Executive Recruitment How to Apply
- Step 1: The candidates are required to apply through the Portal only accessible from Link which will be available on MECL Website (www.mecl.co.in) under “Careers” Section under “Advertisement Notices & Results” Tab.
- Step 2: The relevant link will be made available from 12.09.2026 to 11.10.2026. Applications received through any other mode will not be accepted.
- Step 3: Keep a scanned passport-size photograph and signature ready in JPG/JPEG format before starting the form.

- Step 7: Upload the required scanned, self-attested documents (Aadhaar ID proof, driving licence where applicable, caste/community certificate, PwBD certificate, Ex-SM certificate, qualification mark sheets and passing certificates, 10th and 12th certificates, experience certificates, and other supporting documents) as per the specified format and file size (each set up to 500 KB in PDF).
