HAL Junior Executive Recruitment Salary
Personnel engaged on Short Term Basis will be inducted in the E0 Pay Scale (2017) of DPE, i.e. ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000. The basic pay is ₹30,000, and an annual increment of 3% on the basic pay is admissible in the second and third year.
- Medical insurance reimbursement up to ₹25,000 per annum for coverage up to ₹10 lakh, PF, gratuity on completion of one year on pro-rata basis, TA/DA, uniforms, maternity and paternity benefits, and company quarters where available.
- Engagement is for a maximum of 3 years. It ends automatically. Either side may terminate with one month’s notice or Basic plus DA in lieu.
- This engagement does not confer the status of a regular executive.

- Step 4: UR, OBC-NCL and EWS candidates must pay ₹500 through SBI Collect. SC, ST and PwBD candidates are exempted.
