Selected candidates will be appointed in E-II Grade with a basic pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,40,000. The approximate annual CTC is Rs. 13 lakh. Employees will also be eligible for allowances and benefits, including Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Performance Related Pay and Medical Reimbursement, as admissible under company rules.
