| Qualification | Graduate Engineer (Grade A): Full-time B.Tech/BE/Equivalent in relevant discipline (Chemical, Civil, CS/IT, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechanical) from AICTE/UGC recognized institute. Min. marks: Gen/EWS/OBC(NCL) ≥65%, SC/ST/PwBD ≥55%. Officer (Marketing) (Grade A): 2-year full-time MBA/PG Diploma (equivalent to MBA) with Marketing specialization. Min. marks: Gen/EWS/OBC(NCL) ≥60%, SC/ST/PwBD ≥55%. Officer (Law) (Grade A): Graduate Degree + LLB (or 5-year Integrated LLB) recognized by Bar Council of India. Min. marks: 60% (Gen/EWS/OBC) / 55% (SC/ST/PwBD) in both. Assistant Quality Control Officer (Grade A0): Master’s Degree in Chemistry (or relevant variants). Min. marks: Gen/EWS/OBC(NCL) ≥60%, SC/ST/PwBD ≥55%. Diploma Engineer (Grade E0): 3-year full-time Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Safety + Industrial Safety Diploma, etc.).
