IOB LBO Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can apply for the vacancy of only one state and must fulfil the eligibility criteria specified for that state, including the mandatory local language proficiency.

IOB LBO Recruitment Age Limit and Relaxation
Minimum Age: 20 years; Maximum Age: 30 years (as on 01.08.2026). The upper age limit will be relaxed as under:

- Step 2: Click on "Recruitment of Local Bank Officers – 2026-27" and select the post to apply.
- Step 3: Click "Click here to Register Online" and complete first-time registration.
- Step 4: Note the system-generated Registration Number and Password sent by email/SMS.
- Step 5: Log in and upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration as per the specified format.
