CEIL Recruitment Selection Process
- Applications received will be put up to a Committee for shortlisting. Screening and selection will be based on the details provided in the application form - only accurate, full and correct information should be furnished. Furnishing of wrong/false information will result in disqualification.
- For Officer Grade Posts (QA/QC, Safety, Marketing, SCM, Office Management): Shortlisting based on application details, followed by Personal Interview. Interviews will be held at CEIL office, Navi Mumbai. Online interviews (Skype, Google Meet, or similar) may also be conducted if required.
- For HR Associate Category: Selection will be done through Written Test. Candidates complying with the criteria will be shortlisted for the written test.
- CEIL may restrict the number of candidates called for interview / written test based on academic excellence, age, and experience. Selected candidates will be on panel and appointment letters will be issued as per requirement.
