GRID India Executive Trainee Recruitment Salary
Selected candidates will be placed at E2 level in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- IDA for a period of one year during On-The-Job Training (OJT), along with other applicable allowances and benefits. Upon successful completion of training, Executive Trainees will be regularized at E2 level in the same pay scale of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- IDA. The training period may be extended based on performance evaluation or at the discretion of the Management.
Upon regularization, the compensation package will also include Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation/Company Quarters or HRA, reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile facility, Group Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, PF, Gratuity, Pension, Leave encashment, and other allowances and benefits as applicable. The Corporation also offers short and long-term Loans & Advances, including House Building Advance, and medical facilities for self and dependents.
Selected Executive Trainees must execute a service agreement bond to successfully complete the prescribed training period and thereafter serve the organization for at least three years. The bond amount is Rs. 5,00,000/- for General/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and Rs. 2,50,000/- for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

- Step 1: Appear in and qualify the Electrical Engineering (EE) paper or Computer Science and Information Technology (CS) paper of GATE 2027. Details on GATE 2027 are available at https://gate2027.iitm.ac.in.
- Step 2: Wait for the separate application notification to be issued on the GRID-INDIA website (https://grid-india.in) after GATE 2027 results are declared.
- Step 3: Register online at the GRID-INDIA website with details of your GATE 2027 Application Number, GATE 2027 Registration Number, GATE 2027 Score, and other required information.
- Step 4: Log in to the candidate login section and deposit the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- through online mode only (where applicable); the application process is complete only upon fee submission.
- Step 5: SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
