Selected candidates will be on probation for one year and will draw initial basic pay in the corresponding pay scale. In addition to Basic Pay, candidates are entitled to:

- North-East allowance @ 10% of basic pay (if posted in the North-East region)

BCPL Non Executive Recruitment How to Apply
- Step 1: Visit the BCPL website at https://bcplonline.co.in/
- Step 2: Candidates can apply for ONE post only. If a candidate submits more than one application, only the one submitted on the later date will be considered.
- Step 3: Fill in the online application form with all relevant, correct details.
- Step 4: Keep scanned copies of the required documents ready before starting registration (see Documents Required below).
- Step 5: After submitting the application, candidates must download the system-generated Pay-in Slip and Registration Slip.
- Step 6: Candidates are not required to submit a hard copy of the application form to BCPL.
- Step 7: If shortlisted for the further Selection Process, candidates must carry the downloaded Application Form, original documents, and one self-attested photocopy set, including proof of date of birth, caste/ tribe certificate (if applicable), disability certificate (if applicable), ex-servicemen proof (if applicable), all qualification certificates from matriculation onward, and complete experience certificates as specified in the notification.
- Step 8: Candidates employed in Central/ State Government, PSEs, or Autonomous Bodies must forward their application through the proper channel or produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the Selection Process.
