- Stage-I: Shortlisting of candidates based on age, qualification, and relevant experience.
- Stage-II: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion + Presentation followed by Personal Interview.
- Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in Group Discussion, Presentation, and Interview.

BSNL General Manager Recruitment How to Apply
- Step 1: Candidates applying for the said post are required to apply on the link provided on BSNL web site www.bsnl.co.in, only [https://bsnl.co.in/career]. Candidates are required to take print-out of the computer generated registration form for their record and future purposes.
- Step 2: The prescribed registration fee Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) shall be paid through online mode only (i.e. Internet Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card only) on BSNL website.
- Step 3: The amount of the fee shall not be accepted in any other form. Fee, once paid shall NOT be refunded under any circumstances nor can be held in reserve for any other selection.
- Step 4: The candidates are advised to fulfill all eligibility conditions before applying. In case any information is found false/misleading at a later stage or otherwise, the candidature of such applicants would be cancelled and no correspondence in this regard would be entertained.
- Step 5: In case of multiple applications/registrations from the candidate, the latest application/registration number shall be considered as final and older applications shall be rejected.
