NHAI Deputy Manager Recruitment Age Limit and Age Relaxation
Candidates must not exceed 30 years of age as on the closing date of application (15/06/2026). Age relaxations are available for reserved and other specific categories as specified below.

NHAI Deputy Manager Recruitment Selection Process
- On the basis of GATE 2026 score in the discipline of Civil Engineering.
- (A) NOTE : The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be considered for appointment or interview.
- (B) In the event of number of applications being large, NHAI will adopt short listing criteria to restrict the number of candidates for interaction/ interview, if called, to a reasonable number by any method to be decided by the Selection Committee.
- (C) In case of direct recruitment made by the Authority, the merit of candidates having same rank in the merit list shall be determined on the basis of the date of birth, the person born earlier shall be placed higher in the merit list. If date of birth of such candidates is also same, the merit shall be determined in the order of first letter in English alphabet of their initial names.

NHAI Deputy Manager Recruitment How to Apply
- Step 1: The applicant may visit NHAI website http://www.nhai.gov.in for applying Online.
- Step 2: Click on the tab About Us → Recruitment → Vacancies →Current → Click on the advertisement of Deputy Manager (Technical) →Online Application. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the application.
- Step 3: Fill up the form and furnish the requisite information .
- Step 4: Upload all documents like Photograph, Signature, Marksheet certificate, Caste Certificate, Degree and GATE Score Card 2026.
- Step 5: Click ‘Next’ button.
- Step 6: Application Preview may be seen.
- Step 7: Option of ‘Edit’ and final Submit button, are also available.
- Step 8: If the Applicant is satisfied with the information furnished, click “Submit” button for submitting the application form Online. The application form Online may be submitted by 15.06.2026 (6:00 PM).
- Step 9: After submission of Application Form, a “Unique Reference Number” alongwith details entered by the Applicant with subject “Application Acknowledgement” will be generated automatically.
- Step 10: Automatically generated “Application Acknowledgement” would be sent to the E-mail id provided by the Applicant.
- Step 11: The applicant is required to keep a copy of “Application Acknowledgement” in safe custody for producing / submitting to NHAI alongwith supporting documents in respect of entries made by applicant with regard to his / her date of birth / educational qualification / SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS certificate (if applicable)/PwBD certificate/Other supporting documents (viz. experience certificate, NOC from the employer, etc.), if applicable.
